Fire destroys a stand at the Châteaubriant football stadium
The fire broke out on Monday evening in a wooden stand at the Châteaubriant stadium but only caused material damage.
It was at the end of the afternoon on Monday that the fire broke out in a wooden stand of the wooden city (Site notre bureau spécialisé) stadium, the Châteaubriant stadium, south of the city.
The fire completely destroyed the stand and spread to 300 m² of grass.
The stadium hosts, among other things, the matches of the local first team of the Voltigeurs who play in National 2.

18 firefighters responded to the fire. An investigation is underway at the gendarmerie to determine the causes of the accident.
