When discussing his succession and Chelsea’s search for a new coach to carry out his new project, Frank Lampard invited his leaders to take their time to choose the right candidate. « Chelsea absolutely have to take their time to find the right manager. (…) I have always been part of the Chelsea team which changed coaches regularly. Looking back, it’s easy to say that I had a lot « I won three titles, but I should have won five or six. That’s my feeling.
