ᑕ❶ᑐ High fines for VfB Stuttgart and FC St. Pauli

Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart and second division club FC St. Pauli were each fined five figures for burning pyrotechnics in the stadium.

The sports court of the German (Site notre blog d’information) Association imposed the corresponding verdicts on Monday.

After spectators in Stuttgart burned the Bengal fire during the Bundesliga game against Werder Bremen in mid-August, VfB was fined 30,000 euros. Only 10,000 euros can be used for security or infrastructure measures. The judgment is final.

FC St. Pauli will donate 26,400 euros and up to 8,800 euros for security or violence prevention measures.

Outdoors, the club Bremen due to a spectator on the pitch (3000 euros) and the second division club Fortuna Düsseldorf for the use of pyrotechnics (4800 euros) were fined by the sports court DFB.
